As I write this, my final documents are running through the fax machine. The consulat general de France a San Francisco* now has all my documentation. So, since they are closed on Friday, they will receive my documents on Monday, and my visa will be ready sometime between Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 9. I'm hoping sooner than later.
I'm going to go celebrate by watching Law and Order with my dad.
*(sorry for no accent marks, can't figure out how to do that yet in blogger)
