escargot


Last night I had some VERY good escargot: it is very similar to mussels. If you like shellfish, you'll like escargot. Yummmmmmy.....

I LOVE escargot. Mo thinks I'm crazy. :) I made him eat in on our honeymoon in Tahiti. He still thinks I'm crazy for eating it...although he admitted they tasted pretty good.
