Look Ma, it's Russia!

Behind me lies the border between Lithuania and Kaliningrad--the "island" province of Russia between Lithuania and Poland that gives Russia a Baltic port. It is not geographically connected to the rest of Russia. There's big politics behind all of this, but I'm too sleepy to remember or explain them...
