If you're interested, you can go read the comment, but here's a source I don't think most people know about: Der Spiegel is the widest read European newsmagazine (according to their own press) and they have a good online international version in English: http://www.spiegel.de/international/

Also, I just found this site: http://english.aljazeera.net/English, which I think could be very interesting. I wonder how different the content is than the standard Arabic edition?
