Mrs. Humphrey and Jr.?

If you were a child of the '80's in the Bay Area, you will fondly remember poor misguided Humphrey. He provided a great deal of drama for the elementary set, and, if I remember right, often made the front page of the paper. So I guess the adults cared too.

Now it appears more are following his misguided path. This article is making me relive my childhood this morning.
